I live in an very old church house in Easton built in the 1800's . No basements back in those days. So any work to be done under my house too have to slide in on back or belly to get it done. It a dank damp dark and definitely dirty place to have to slither around in all day. But that didn't phase the boys from Edgerton's the were here Brite and early to rip out old duct work under the house and reinstall all new ducting. And what great awesome job they did. I now am back to having every room again. Nice an cozy and couldn't be happier. And no knee buckling price at the end. Very reasonable very professional . Dont think twice. Just call Edgerton's you'll be sitting pretty in no time. Guaranteed !!

The technician was able to confirm the source of my Geothermal failure and ordered parts to be delivered (covered under warranty) and installed ASAP. When the parts arrived the technician and an assistant returned to repair the system and purge the well lines. Service was performed professionally, quickly and with a great positive attitude at a very reasonable price for the service performed.

Edgerton is a quality company. They also employ quality people. O’Neill was the person who serviced my furnace and boiler. He is meticulous and the most thorough service person I have ever had. He went through everything that he was doing and he made sure that I understood What he was doing As he had to replace a part. He came when he was supposed to come, and he was just a pleasure to have in my home. I look forward to many more years with Edgerton and the main reason is O’Neill.

The Service Tech -- Michael -- very personable and eager-to-work, is obviously quite well-trained as well. I immediately perceived that I could trust him, but I stayed with him throughout his visit, as what he was doing is interesting to me. 'Very thorough, and Michael was happy to explain each step of his work. Candidly, I expected no less from Edgerton, and this young man did not disappoint. He embodies the degree of service you advertise -- and then some. Michael is definitely a 'keeper.'

Our 1960s boiler kicked the bucket and we were unsure of the varying degree of options to replace it and potentially upgrade our system. John walked us through various options providing a few proposals for us to decide between. Ultimately we switch to a combination unit for our hot water heater and boiler that provides on demand hot water. We are about 6 weeks into using it and love it! Install went just as well, Jesse was wonderful to work with. He communicated with us every step of the way and took great care of our home in the process. It was our first time working with Edgerton and we will definitely be in touch for future projects!

Ryan and his team did a fine job installing a new ac system. The ac is working fine and so far there are no issues. They were punctual and finished the job on time. They cleaned up their work area nicely. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Mike who did the initial estimate was very thorough and payed attention to my concerns and answered all my questions and really sealed the deal for me to pick Edgerton..
Colby took the time to explain things to me and answered my repeat questions with ease. John did the same.
Amy answered all my billing questions promptly..
Ryan and Gareth the lead installers were absolutely great!! They also answered all my questions and did a great job with the install.. I wish I could hire them to do all my home renovations!! They were pleasant to work with always respectable and very knowledgeable and cleaned up every day..They made my elderly Mom and myself laugh and made her comfortable with the process.
Eric and Celeste did a great job with electrical.
Dave did a great job with the plumbing..
I can go on and on, we love our new heating system and can’t wait to use the central air for the first time!!

Michael quickly diagnosed the problem with my humidifier condenser. The tube going outside was frozen so we decided to disconnect the humidifier until the spring when a new tube can be installed. I don’t need the humidifier.
Michael was excellent and explained the issues very clearly.

Michael quickly diagnosed the problem with my humidifier condenser. The tube going outside was frozen so we decided to disconnect the humidifier until the spring when a new tube can be installed. I don’t need the humidifier.

I had a rusty pipe that needed replacing on my heater. Called Edgerton in Monroe Ct. They came and replaced it in a very professional manner. Both repair and service people had a friendly manner.
I would totally recommend them to be used for your furnace needs. I’ve used them in the past as well so they definitely have the experience .

I give Edgerton a 5 STAR rating. I've had a great relationship with Mike Crocco, I've been the Superintendent of Prospect Grove condo association for the past 30 years. Mike always goes above and beyond for his customers. Edgerton you are lucky you have Mike on your staff. I know Chris Rohena since he was working for Frank Russo. I have a 25 yr relationship with Edgerton. They installed and maintained heating and a/c in a 10,000 sq ft house that we built. The builder introduced us to them. Later in a 5,000 sq foot remodel they installed and maintained the heating and a/c. New owners in both still use Edgerton. Now I am in a 2,100 sq foot condo and they installed and maintain the heating and a/c. Obviously, I have been very pleased and highly recommend Edgerton. My favorite technicians come and go but they have highly skilled techs to replace them.

Honest, skilled, experienced, customer centric and solved our problem. The annual furnace repair is always done in a highly professional and complete manner! But what was GREAT this year is we needed someone to look at our Gas Fireplace Insert as it hasn't been working properly and finding someone has been difficult. I discovered Edgerton could do this service and to our delight in walked Joel L. Joel was amazing and very focused on leaving us in great shape which he did in spades! His skills, experience, thoroughness, knowledge, willingness to educate and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction was just what we needed. The lower burner wasn't working, we had no glowing embers and had stopped using the unit because another company that told us the unit was not safe and needed to be completely replaced (10+K). Well, that was not the case at all and Joel's efforts, as the Edgerton Technician, brought us back to a safe and working condition. Can't say enough about the effort taken and the fantastic result. Look at the picture, Joel had the whole thing apart and fixed the issues and performed the necessary maintenance. We are 200% satisfied and can't say enough about this company and the people working for them. I always appreciate the maintenance people taking the time to explain and talk to me when I have questions or concerns. I've had my AC unit for almost 19 years, and it is still working efficiently thanks to the hard work of Edgerton. Usually by this time others would be telling me to replace it, but thanks to the hard work of the maintenance people, it's still working efficiently and they've told it still has plenty of life left in it. Don't need to change what's not broken.

This tracking sheet is a good reference to let me know when and what work was performed.

I've used Edgerton for about 11 years for all my HVAC issues, including annual mtce., new furnace and a/c unit, new hot water heater, as well as the most recent job replacing all my attic and crawl space ductwork. Edgerton replaced my steam boiler six years ago. During this year's service on the boiler they noticed that the pressure gage was not working. They replaced the gage and checked the entire system. The crew that came out were on top of every aspect of the job that needed to be completed. Knowing the ins and outs of steam heat is an art form. Edgerton is very knowledgable on the workings and maintaining of steam heat.

Their field technicians are all both very competent and experienced and also very professional and courteous. Bill was our service tech this time and we could have not had a better experience.
